Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Missing Items & Delivery Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your order is incorrect

  • Your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe

We will investigate and make it right where appropriate.

IMPORTANT: Shipping Method & Replacement Eligibility

We offer two shipping options: Standard Delivery and Signed-For Delivery.

  • If you choose Signed-For Delivery, we will offer a refund or replacement if your parcel is confirmed as lost or undelivered by Royal Mail or the selected courier.

  • If you choose Standard Delivery, you accept delivery at your own risk.
    Refunds or replacements will only be issued if Royal Mail/courier formally declares the parcel lost.

This protects both you and the business where tracking or proof of delivery is unavailable.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items inside boxes)

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, please get in touch before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Orders)

If your order is delivered within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must still meet the standard return eligibility criteria listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
